With over 16 years of culinary experience, Chef Barlow and his team have opened multiple restaurants, re-developed menus, staff training, menu testing, cocktail development, and wrote HACCP plans for hospitality groups.
A Life of Cooking
Peter Barlow resides in Dallas, Texas. Recently from 5-star restaurant Stephan Pyles Flora Street Cafe since 2016. Peter hails from Chattanooga, Tennessee. There he worked as Chef de Cuisine at Easy Bistro and Bar for Erik Niel, a semifinalist for a James Beard in 2016 and 2017.
During his five years with Easy Bistro, Peter took a year off to stage around the U.S. with top chefs and restaurants. Some of the highlights were,

Chef Ludo Lefebvre at Trois Mec
Commis Chef for a year for Curtis Duffy (3 Michelin Star Chef) at Grace in Chicago.
Shortly after, he spent time with Chef John Shields (Charlie Trotter’s/Alinea) at Riverstead Inn in Virginia. Peter then opened as Chef De Cuisine at Flora Street, which has remained the only 5-star restaurant in Dallas while also receiving a James Beard Nomination for best new restaurant 2017! Nominated for many accolades in Dallas, including a best new chef and rising star chef of the year in Texas, Chef Peter is a rising culinary master.
